Well, it's a waffle house... Service was so-so...Restraunt was dirty (as usual) the only thing I can say was good...was these Dang Hashbrowns... they are almost always good. The waitress was beaten, it seemed the rest of the staff played to heal and be loud. Coke was flat, Burger was extra fat. But hey... it's what it is. Probably 10 or 15 years before we go back... without it being after closing a bar or something. Lol,Vegetarian Options: Probably not Childfriendship: Probably not...the language of the employees was quite raunchy. Nutrition restrictions: If your required fat is added to your diet....this is the place. Probably a heart attack in waiting.

The employees cooking were bickering the entire time. Food was cold...not a bit warm just cold. Eggs were overcooked when I request soft scrambled. Sausage was also over cooked, dried up and cold. Toast was burnt. My friend asked for bacon was given dtied overcooked sausage. We didn't dare complain since they were all constantly cooking and bickering. Who knows what we would have gotten for complaining if we had.On the to go orders they were giving out clearly burnt hashbrowns. Just awful to see how inconsiderate of the quality of food and customer service they give out.

I get it is busy, but if you work a complete house of employees, tell me you didn't have the opportunity to make the food, but are up on the online orders and to top off Patricia Nancy as well as always their name trying to catch a setting with a customer. Because I'm a customer. With the new manager everything just went downhill.

It was bad enough that I'm contacting corporate directly. I will tell you this tho. I used to go to that particular place every other night in the 80s n loved it, now it would be a sorry excuse for jail food. The people shouldn't be let out in public much less serve them. The price was unbelievably high for the garbage we were served and got sent back! Like I said, you can get the details from corporate.
Walked in at 5:40am this morning sat down and there were only 2 other customers. We waited and the waitress didn’t ask for our drinks. Then all of a sudden the cook left. Waitress came to us and informed us that the cook would be back he had to go pick up the morning shift crew and he would be back in a while. What type of business is ran here? Never come back to this place.
Honestly, it's hard to go wrong with Waffle House, you either love it or you don't. I love it by chance. What I don't love is a sticky table and a dirty toilet room if you have 6 people to do absolutely nothing. We were the only ones. That's lazy! At least that of my house is clean; will not return to this place and would recommend to others a short trip to another place.

It took longer to get our order, then it did for the men to make our food. The food was excellent. After we got our food, the waitress never came back to ask if we needed a refill or if everything was good. They locked half of the seat and sneaked all in a corner of the restaurant. Customer service could definitely use a little work.
Best customer service at this place the waiter was friendly and attentive. Very well mannered.The grits was the bomb just like I liked them. This is where I will go to eat breakfast any time. Thanks for good old fashioned customer service.Parking: Plenty of parking space not over crowed.
