We had booked a session to take children from our school to learn all about Japanese cuisine. From the moment we confirmed the booking Emma and her team could not have been more attentive ensuring everyone's specific needs, allergies, dietary requirements etc. were met with minimal fuss. The whole session from beginning to end was well thought out with every member of staff interacting, smiling and helping the children to make food, learn about culture in cuisine, create our own smoothies and taste different ingredients. As staff, we were absolutely blown away and thrilled at the response of the children and just how much effort had gone into the morning- our children have not stopped raving...
I convinced my friend to let me treat her to lunch at this restaurant while we were out shopping. She had been there several years ago and wasn't sure what the menu would be like now. I ordered the Salmon Koyo Bowl and she had the Katsu Chicken salad, and we shared the Bang Bang Cauliflower. The dishes were brought out separately, but we didn't mind as it gave us more time to chat and enjoy the atmosphere. The food was delicious, with just the right amount of spices to enhance the flavors of the chicken and salmon. The Bang Bang Cauliflower was a pleasant surprise and we both want to try making it at home. The staff were attentive, the service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable.
We are huge fans of Wagamama, but this visit left us disappointed. The waitress was kind, attentive, and efficient, which was a positive. I typically order the Firecracker Chicken, but this time I went with the steak and noodles, while my girlfriend ordered noodles with prawn and chicken. Unfortunately, her dish was lacking in chicken and prawns, and the noodles were bland. My steak was decent, but the noodles lacked flavor. With just a soft drink each and mediocre main courses totaling £52, we didn't feel like we got great value for our money. Overall, we left the restaurant feeling disappointed.
We visited last night and I currently have to avoid milk as my baby has a milk allergy. The staff were absolutely fantastic, so knowledgeable about allergies and explained exactly what they would be doing to ensure that I (and therefore my baby) could be kept safe. I felt totally reassured and was so impressed with their approach. It's also brilliant that you can download their clear and comprehensive allergy guide online before you visit, so you can choose what you eat before you get there for extra reassurance. The food was fantastic as always too!

Food excellent and great value.Staff were so friendly and very efficient. Will definitely visit again Whilst we were having lunch a gentleman came in who clearly had psychiatric issues and was very aggressive and confrontational towards the staff. The manager came over to the man and spoke to him quietly and respectfully, offering him a seat and a drink, the man declined and left the restaurant quietly. The manager totally de-escaleted the situation with his calm and professional manner. A real asset to the company.
This is recently my favourite spot for lunch, every time I’ve been every member of staff has been welcoming and friendly and a credit to Wagamama’s. Every time I go I try something different and I have never been disappointed, it has all been fantastic

I had an amazing lunch while out shopping. The restaurant was impeccably clean and the service was efficient. The staff was friendly and the menu, although similar to other places, felt extra special here.

One of my granddaughters favourite eating places. Good selection of Asian food.good staff and service .only drawback it is in open surroundings
This restaurant had a heavenly ramen which I ate all of) it had delicious drinks and had a lovely broth! Will be back again!
