Finding a pizza place with vegan options is rare, so I was thrilled to discover We, The Pizza. Their vegan slice was fantastic, featuring a crispy, pan-cooked crust with a satisfyingly greasy texture. It was generously topped with pesto, tomatoes, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and fresh basil. Unfortunately, this is the only vegan item on the menu, as even the garlic knots contain cheese and vegan cheese is not available. Still, the flavorful, oily crust made up for the absence of vegan cheese.
It's pretty rare to find a normal pizza place with vegan slices, so I really appreciated this. And it's a tasty slice: nice and greasy crispy pan cooked crust, topped with plenty of pesto, tomatoes, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and fresh basil. Sadly it is the only option for vegans though, even the garlic knots are made w cheese and they don't have vegan cheese available. But honestly the pizza crust and pesto are oily enough (in a good way) I wouldn't want vegan cheese on it.
The pizza had a decent flavor but was way overpriced. They also tack on a $3 fee for no apparent reason when you order online. I got the pepperoni, but the pizza was so greasy that the toppings slid right off as I tried to pick up a slice. I gave it a try based on a coworker’s recommendation, but I won’t be coming back. Also, the wings don’t have an authentic mumbo sauce flavor.
I ordered the margherita pizza the white pizza. It was the best tasting pizza I’ve ever had in the DMV area. My standards for pizza are high because I’m familiar with New York style pizza. This pizza is exceptionally good. The only thing I wasn’t too happy about was the price. $6 per slice is pretty steep, but aside from that, I would definitely return in the near future. A decent spot for a quick bite, but the customer service lacks. I'm paying $5 a slice, but I can't choose the slice? Then I have to pay extra for hot sauce . Please be consistent with your giving, either it's free or not. Also, clean when the store is aboutto close not during service time!
I haven?t had a good slice of pizza and forever. I have found my place; pizza was great, the wings were delicious, the beer Samuel Adams was delicious. Will be going back very soon????????????????????! Very friendly and attentive customer service
The pizza and wings at We, The Pizza are fantastic, and the ambiance is pleasant. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. You can pick your pizza by the slice, which is quickly heated on a conveyor, ensuring it tastes fresh!
Fantastic veggie options on pizza and huge portions. Terrible service but the food makes up for that. They also do home made sodas that are unique and delicious like tangerine and lychee. The vegan option is like focaccia. Reserva una mesa ahora
We enjoyed this place. They had a good selection. We had the mushroom and a Supreme. Both were good. Service was great. I would definitely recommend this place.
