Wendy's - Reserva de mesa

I drove 25 minutes each way to pick up a salad, but when I arrived, they gave me the wrong order. After parking and going inside, they gave me what was supposed to be the correct salad. At first glance, it looked fine, so I drove the 25 minutes back home. When I unpacked it, I realized I had paid $10 for a salad that came without any dressing or croutons, and instead of a full salad, I only received half. I'm not about to make another 50-minute round trip to sort this out. Wendy's really owes me a proper salad! As someone who works in fast food, this experience just isn’t acceptable.

The peppermint Frosty tasted like Pepto-Bismol, and I was expecting a strawberry option, but they didn't even have vanilla. My food was just average; the fries were disappointing and not crispy at all, very limp. I can't quite remember everything we ordered, but I have to say the chili and potatoes were the highlights. The chili was really delicious and quite filling—so much so that I considered going for a second bowl, but I’m glad I didn’t since it tends to upset my stomach!

This restaurant is very disappointing. The dining area is consistently dirty and unkempt, and it doesn't even open until lunchtime. While some staff members are polite, others are rude and lack competence. The ones who are friendly don't seem to show much concern for the overall experience.

The manager working tonight with the light complexion was by far the rudest person I've ever encountered. They had a very unpleasant attitude, which made me decide to leave without ordering anything. I'm heading to McDonald's instead! Reserva una mesa ahora

This Wendy's location is one of the tidiest fast food restaurants I have ever visited. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The personality of the young woman running drive thru was awesome! We were pulled up, but it didn't take long to get our food.
