Wendy's - Reserva de mesa

Got a spicy chicken, I believe it was around 2:30 in the afternoon. It looked like it had been there since the lunch rush the previous day. It was dry and flat, and the tomato was wilty, the lettuce was barely noticeable, and the bun looked like someone stepped on it. I ate it because I was super hungry. The next time I come to Fergus, I'll head across the parking lot to McDonald's. This was the worst Wendy's experience I've ever had.

We stopped at the Wendy's in Fergus for lunch. We were hauling a trailer so I went in to order our meal to go. Instead of being given an order number they ask for your name. It was nice to be called by my name to pick up my order. A small personal touch that sets them apart from other fast food establishments. Thanks Wendy'sYou made my day?

Honestly, I wish they would pay more attention to instructions. I didn't ask for a spicy chicken burger at any point; I just wanted an Asiago ranch (with mayo instead of the regular condiment). They did get the condiment change right, but I ended up with a spicy patty that I couldn't eat. On the bright side, the service was very fast!

We wanted to dine in ,but it was closed. The kid at pay window inform us that we cant have the cold coffee , they thrown it out bc is time to close. So we got our food and left. They also for got to give us forks. Eatinf salad with spoon is not what we had in mind Reserva una mesa ahora

I received excellent customer service here. They readily customized my order, which many other places wouldn't do. The dining area was clean, and the service was quick. Parking was also a breeze with plenty of free spaces available.

Why is the food always so hot? I've visited this Wendy's multiple times and every single time their food is extremely hot. Even the wrapping.Other than that, once it's cooled down, it's good.

This is my local Wendy's. They screw up orders 50% of the time. Check your food before leaving!

I have enjoyed Wendy's since I was a kid. This location had great service!
