Wendy's - Reserva de mesa

They are obviously having a difficult time keeping help. There always seems to be new people. On my last visit, the drink machines did not work, there were no containers for the ketchup, there was sweet tea in the container marked unsweet this has happened three times at this location) it really makes me wonder...if the owner of this franchise cares at all, it is hands down the worst Wendy's I have ever been to.

We stopped here for lunch during our 12 hour road trip from Texas to Kentucky. A lady answered the drive thru and spoke so quickly we didn’t understand what she said. She then answered back in not a very nice way “Our drive thru is closed!”. We were confused, so we went inside and they continued to take drive thru orders after us. This kind of service isn’t necessary and set us back on our trip.

Counter staff acted like the didn't have a clue of what they were doing. They didn't have the salad I wanted, so I had to order something I didn't really want. There was no sweet tea at the drink station in the dining room, instead I had to hand them my cup to fill by the drive through. No one smiled..... EVER. I won't be returning to this place of business.

On 03/09/2024 at 230 pm the 2 cooks one female one male so Thirsty can't stop rubbing and boning each other in front of customers while making our food every one in line was like get a room all ready.i asked the manager to step a side and come here he didn't it's all on video if they cameras work but wow. Horrible this place is a joke I asked for the crispy chicken breast sandwich well they gave me a chicken pattie on a bunch wth so wrong I took it bk in and only for them to tell me they don't have real chrispy chicken breast so I goggle it and if u goggle it its the 1st 1 that comes

This is the worst managed Wendy’s in the area. Horrible service, inconsistent quality, poorly staffed (as few as 2), and they really don’t care. I will not go here again until I see an “under new management” sign.

Vegetarian options: Asked if I could get a substitution of baked potato instead of chili for the taco salad. Answer was a NO and didn't even include the chips.

Website says you are open until 12 am. I just went out there at 957 pm and pulled to the drive through and lady said they were closed!! Reserva una mesa ahora

Had my heart set on double bacon burger but sign said exact change only or card so I went to Hardee's they take cash and love
