I entered the restaurant to find no one at the cash register, while three employees in the back were chatting and laughing instead of attending to customers. Eventually, one of them came out, but she was preoccupied with her phone, ignoring the customers waiting at the register. I requested a gift card and was informed that all the gift cards were locked and that the staff had no access to them. It seems like Wendy's has really gone downhill.
So it was 100° and I remember that Wendy's sell Strawberry Lemonade. I got there and order and also saw a Cheesy Fries . OMG the Strawberry Lemonade wasn't the same taste as before , it was wake and inciped. The Cheesy Fries was so SALTY I couldn't eat it . This was a bad experience coming from Wendy's I was so dissatisfied and disappointed. I just wasted me time and money in that Drive thur.
I requested some extra toppings on my burgers, but they didn’t show up on the screen. I confirmed with the girl who took my order, and she said she noted it, but I ended up receiving no toppings instead of extra. I then asked for a receipt because it was a business expense, but I was told that none of the machines were working. The manager was quite rude about the whole situation.
Unfortunately, if you're looking for a quick meal because you're in a rush, this isn't the place for you. I live nearby, and if there are more than four cars in the drive-thru, you can expect to wait around 20 minutes. This has been a consistent issue, so I've learned to avoid it when there are more than a few cars ahead of me. As for the food, I would rate it 4 out of 5. Reserva una mesa ahora
I’m not sure what happened to this Wendy’s they must’ve switched management. It was about four months ago they used to have a guy named Dave working there and he was really good. The last three times I’ve went there in the past couple weeks my order was wrong every single time… 16 bucks an hour and the employees can’t even get your order right.
I've never had a chicken sandwich as dry as I had from this wendy. karton would have been better. they have a serious flight problem and the place is very dirty. the personal avoids the counter, but focuses on the drive thru. No one who works there looks like they want to be there.
Super fast drive thru service at 2:30pm. Female on first window was gorgeous too. Second window gave me my food right away. Must have taken 2 min max. Lol....order was correct and complete. If you don't like be rushed you might not like that. I was in a hurry lol
I love Wendy's...but.... The girl at the front counter ignored us while she filled on line orders!The tables and seating were NOT clean, and drinks had been spilled on the floor and not cleaned up. Think you should try another location. Reserva una mesa ahora
Food was good milkshake was good too and I always been going to Wendy's on and off for over 25 years all over the country in 28 States and I was an employee of Wendy's back in the day
