first I asked after 10 minutes after our eating. The last one had to see it up. it wasn't on board anymore. they accused me of a baconator double instead of the baconator. I didn't understand. was ready to pay extra, but she would take only $1 out of the burger, although the bacon double is twice as. it has come for ever to finally get it. 5 people on the counter with false commands. some from the inside, and 2 of finished. I don't know how they messed up so much. they weren't even so busy for lunch. about 20 minutes to get my food. my mom was done before I got mine.
There are two Wendy's locations close to me, and I usually prefer the one on Broadway. It's always a pleasant experience there, with polite staff. However, on Thursday it was extremely busy, so I decided to go to the one on Highlands Ranch Parkway instead. Unfortunately, the service was quite slow. I always order the same meal, but this time it cost 30 cents more, and the senior drink they offered was just the small kiddie cup instead of the regular size. I won't be returning to the Highlands Ranch Parkway location.
Middle of the day at 2pm and the people working have the lobby/dining closed and locked because they don’t want to have to clean it! Work truck is to big to go through drive through so would have to go inside to purchase food! Pretty disappointing in the lack of work ethic with these places but they still want to make $15/hr
Used the app for online ordering and when we got to the restaurant, all the lobby doors were locked! No sign or anything saying why the doors were locked, and the drive thru line was several cars long. If you are closing the lobby for whatever reason, at least have some sort of a sign up letting customers know.

With the new ordering system at the terminal near the entrance, your interaction with the cashier is greatly reduced. It's a fresh approach that might help speed up the process. However, the ordering terminal could use some improvement to make it more user-friendly.
This place would be just another Wendy's if it weren't for Chad. He is incredibly attentive and a pleasure to chat with. Having worked there for 29 years, he truly makes a difference. If you take a visit, be sure to say hi to him!
I have always gone to this wendy, it is my late night snack, and I must say every time I go, I am always with the best “Welcome to Wendy’s!” so this is a scream for brandon for the best workers and always make it a great night!
Yeah, it's just a wendys. but the service we received was far beyond most almost food sites. that made the difference. eating was good, at the top of the wendy’s food chain.

on 6.35. the food was in order, but the propulsion thru worker was very rude and looked with the work. it doesn't make fun to start the day while he went to the sick house.
Litterally the worst. Can't tell you how many times I've driven all the way down after placing my order with the app only to find out that the lobby is closed.
