If we're talking about their customer service, it was really disappointing. I think they need to provide much better training for their employees. I went through the drive-thru, and the staff were extremely rude.

Make sure to carefully check your order before leaving. The staff are friendly and courteous, but I frequently notice items missing once I get home.
Service was incredibly slow, and the manager was quite rude and unhelpful in addressing the issues several customers faced with their orders.
