Wendy's - Reservar una mesa

Stopped to grab lunch on our break about a week ago... will likely avoid in the future... it took the employee at the register almost 10 minutes just to come take our orders, and she forgot my cup for my drink... my coworker's order came incorrect, and it took us almost a half hour from when we came in to when we got to order and get our food. There seemed to be no organization, and everyone seemed to be jumping around doing different tasks instead of specific employees handling specific tasks. I probably just came on a bad day, so Im willing to update my review if I get a better experience the next time I come.

After waiting over 10 minutes for them to take my order with no one in line in front of me, then had to watch them bag my meal leaving it on the counter to get cold while waiting for individual items. In the end told them I didn't want cold food, instead of making new just walked over and refunded my money. All while abother person was waiting in line to get their order taken, over 15mins while the employee stood there looking at a order screen. Absolutely rediculous.

I visited Wendy’s in Brockville and it was quite a letdown! The line was long and moved very slowly, and the cashier seemed unsure of what to do. To make matters worse, one of my orders was missing fries, and there was no fork for the poutine! The burger patty on my bun was the size of a toonie. They really need to improve their service; otherwise, they risk losing customers!

My mother and I spent over $40 there, got 3 meals and 3 fries, not even halfway done my fries, i found the longest darkest hair in my fries, now normally I would be thinking it’s mine or my mothers but my mother and I are both blonde… It’s just plain gross

The restaurant staff demonstrated exceptional respect towards each other and their guests. It was a remarkable experience overall.

The manager Stacy is the worst kind of person. I hope the higher up management puts an end to her tyranny.
