I stumbled upon a great lunch spot the other day. We were searching for a quick-to-go place with an open dining area, and this place was just what we needed. I loved how we could walk right in and order at the counter without any wait. I wanted something affordable yet filling, and the $5 five-item combo meal was just perfect. Although the drive-thru was busier than usual, we didn’t have to wait long for our food. When it was ready, I was excited to dive into my meal. The fries were cold and didn’t taste anything like they used to; they seemed as if they had been cooked yesterday. The burger tasted different from a regular beef hamburger with toppings. My partner also commented that his Baconator didn’t taste anything like it used to, and his fries were similarly disappointing. Even my Mellow Yellow had an odd flavor, almost like a mix of Sprite and Mellow Yellow, which wasn’t what I ordered. I want my money back—this was terrible food and drinks. I do not recommend eating here!
I had an incredible experience at the restaurant! The food was excellent, particularly the strawberry chicken salad, which was just fantastic. However, what really impressed me was the outstanding service. The young woman who took care of me was extremely professional and friendly, even though the staff was limited. I didn’t realize my wallet was missing until I got home, but she had found it and kept it safe for me. She's a real treasure, and I truly hope Wendy's appreciates her worth!

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and it's nice to have the option of a salad every once in a while instead of the usual burger and fries. Wendy’s salads are actually quite good. However, it's disappointing that they don't come with salad dressing. I should have asked for some, but I didn't realize it wasn't included. The takeaway is this: if you order a salad, be sure to ask for dressing if you'd like any!
Steer clear of this location unless you're prepared to deal with an incredibly rude attitude for no reason. The woman working the drive-thru was not only unfriendly but also rushed me, which led to mistakes with my order. She then got frustrated because I got it wrong. How about instead of asking "Anything else?" you learn to communicate better with customers and improve your service?
I'm not really sure why I keep coming back to this location. They've consistently misunderstood my orders. Whenever I bring up the errors, the staff responds with rudeness and seems annoyed. There's always this chaotic and rushed atmosphere among the employees. Overall, my experiences have been disappointing every single time.
My husband went through the drive-thru to pick up dinner for us tonight, and he mentioned that one of the older female employees was very rude and unprofessional. If you want to retain customers, it's important for your staff to practice being more courteous and professional.

I reached out to customer service and was told that the manager would return my call, but I'm still waiting. If there had been an option to give zero stars, I would have chosen it. My bill was $28, and the service was completely unacceptable.
