If I could give stars I would. I have visited this location several times over the years and have never experienced this poor of service. I don't eat hamburger so I ordered the baconator fries. also placed an order for my family. No one ate the food. I opened the container to eat and had a whole bug was in it. The worst part about it was that I have called the managers at the restaurant four times over the course of a week. One manager asked me to text her the video and pictures that I took to her cell in which I did and still did not receive a response. If you love yourself or your family do not risk going to this Wendy's to eat as you may find some bugs in your food or get food poisoning....
I would have given this restaurant a 5 but Jamie working the drive thru is the absolute rudest person I have ever met. She handed me a diet coke and when I asked for a regular she rolled her eyes at me and if she could have thrown the soda at me I think she would have and flipped her wrist at me when I said Thank You. Regardless if you're having a bad day or if that is infact your entire personality drop the attitude at the door if you are in customer service. She also gave me the wrong order and I had to go back to get my 13.00 sandwich.
Yay! Our local Wendy's has improved much as far as food quality and taste. Their chicken breast sandwiches more tender ..they used to be partially fibrous. Other items are good as well. Back in the 80s, when I was a student we had McD, Bk, Wendy's, Tb and Arbys.. mainly. Wendy's was the best for sandwitches, costed more. Then they went downhill, got acquired by Arby's...and improving.
Terrible Wendy's... first off I ordered a SMALL vanilla frosty-cino and did not get it. Instead I got a LARGE drink... NOT all people want larger beverages. It tastes like water with half a shot of espresso.. talk about disgustingggggg!!! I do not recommend going unless you want to waste time and money and not get that you ordered. -14/10 experience.

Terrible service, team Members will act smart with you, needs to get fired, I almost went inside from the drive thru to beat this girl up for being so rude to a kid with mental disabilities that was with me, I will call every where until she gets fired 08/17/22 incident date 9Am
Pretty good location that hits the mark 80% of the time and now n then gets berfy undercooked bacon, but for the most part decent. With fast food places I've reserved myself to the rule that if you want the best chance at decent quality it's best to go during peak times.
What is going on at this Wendy's? This is the worst one I've ever been to. The manager on duty on 5/7/23 was very unprofessional, frazzled and a mess. And it wasn't even busy. Also if you're going to swear make sure your headset is not on... never will I come here again.
My 7 years old Cocker Spainiel just goes crazy for the chicken nuggets. A 6 piece for her. The service people are extremely happy and do a fantastic job! The only Wendy's that we go to because of the people who work there.

I thought mcdonalds had good nuggets. I was a fool Wendy's nuggets are delicious! The best! However Wendy's(all of them) need to work on serving hotter burgers. My cheese is never melted!
Best and friendliest Wendy's iv ever been to. Amazing customer service and all around great experience. Thank you. Also the strawberry frosty is amazing.
