The restaurant itself was reasonably clean, and the atmosphere was comfortable. However, the service was just okay—not exceptional. The staff member took my order and processed my payment but then simply walked away to tend to something else. While she did hand me my cup before leaving, I had to reach under the plexiglass to retrieve my receipt from the printer on my own. I later found out that she was preparing to close the dining area around 2:00 pm, as there were signs on the doors indicating that only the drive-thru would remain open. Perhaps they are still feeling the effects of the labor shortage; the sign didn’t provide any further details.
Andermatt store in Lincoln... The girl working the drive through must have been having a bad day! She was rude taking my order and when I got to the window, she all but threw the bag of food at me, wouldnt even look at me and when I asked for ketchup she shoved them in my hand making 2 or 3 of them fall to the ground! No 'thank you ', no 'have a nice day ', no 'kiss my a ', no nothing. The bourban bacon cheeseburger was dry too, one little circle of sauce on it! Never go there again! Seems management needs to hire nice and respectful people like the guy that was working the payment window.
The one drive through place in Lincoln that I trust at this point. Good food, good friendly service, always very fast. On the rare occasion that I've ever had to come around again because something was left out, they've never once given me any grief for it and usually go a little above and beyond (which is apparently not true for other locations on either point).
Fries are piping hot and they stay that all the way home, their burgers are alway delicious and bacon is crispy but not over cooked. The lettuce is crisp and fresh.. Their app always has deals you can use to get a discount. If I crave for , I tend to flock to Wendy's. This time I had a bourbon burger. PS. I didn't break the bank...

I dropped by and decided to try the jalapeno popper salad. I can't believe I waited so long to taste it! First of all, it looks fantastic and so appealing that I ended up eating it before I could snap a picture. I'm definitely going to return for another one, and I'll make sure to take a photo next time!
I eat here a lot because it's close to work and fast. This is the best Wendy's location in town. Typically see the same great staff when I roll through. Food is hot and fresh. Juana is working almost every time I go in and she is the best so friendly and happy. She deserves a raise!
The food was not enjoyable, and the service left much to be desired. While the dishes arrived quickly, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.
I had chili and chicken nuggets. The chili was excellent. My friend got a salad and a cheese burger. It was all good.
