Wendy's - Reservar una mesa

Wendy's franchise is my favorte hamburg go to. Attended the upper stoney creek location a few days ago and was very disappointed. The store is small, the area to line up and order was very small, no room for social distancing. Sadly, the restaurant itself was very dirty. There was paper, napkins straws, garbage on the floor. The limited countertops were dirty with drink stains and dried streaks of previously moisture. The tables were dirty, (I had to clean my own table) and overall appearance was not pleasant. The food was ok, our hamburgs were warm not hot. Tried the strawberry lemonade the favor was good but found it too sweet. If the restaurant was clean, could have overlooked some of the other deficits. Good luck and hope the feedback helps improve the restaurant.

Despite all the challenges facing the customer service industry, this restaurant continues to deliver! Staff are always courteous and polite even when it’s quite evident that they’re having a stressful time. Drive thru is almost always smooth and efficient. Food is always hot and prepared to order. Haven’t had a poor experience yet. Thank you!

For money, these places for a meal could be a little more friendly. After every order I have always asked, is it? There's no totality, just got up. You take your money, give the food without thanks or have a good evening only to close the window. I want to go back! Great customer service!

that was in order. was not yet able to find a decent wendy’s in the Hamilton region. this was relatiw new, but the bathroom was nasty. the dining room was also a bit sloppy. many shredded on the tables.

stopped by this wendys after a long hard shift at timmes for a lemonade and chili fries dankest fries and lemonade ive ever had, super speedy service and a beautiful restaurant
