Kelseys Original Roadhouse

We were visitors to Stoney Creek/Hamilton on Monday afternoon. We decided on Kelsey's for an early dinner.The staff were very friendly, but service took FOREVER. The restaurant was not at all busy.We got drinks promptly, but our server did not come back to take our order for a long time.Once we finally got to order, the food came out after a good amount of time no complaints. Then our server disappeared again. We waited waited for takeout boxes and the bill for a ridiculous amount of time. When our server did visit our table she was extremely kind friendly but we still felt that we kept being forgotten given the huge intervals of time between table visits. We were there for more about 2 hours during what was supposed to be a quick stop

For a larger party (7), we had a reservation and were seated right away. Out of all the meals, 2 appetizers and 2 desserts, we had an issue with one meal (undercooked) but this was resolved promptly. Our server was fantastic and everyone enjoyed their meal.

Service was excellent. With all us picky eaters our server was very friendly and helpful with answering questions. Our dining experience was superb. Definitely going back in the future.

Brought the wrong dinner. Then food was cold. My husband got sick from the chicken wings, which upon further inspection were pink… not good at all.
