one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had. i’m a nurse and i work with people for a living so i know there’s never a reason to treat anyone they way I was treated. i asked for fries with no salt and yet still got fries covered in salt. i asked for honey mustard and got sweet and sour sauce. i asked for spicy nuggets and got plain nuggets. Christina took my order and was very rude, i asked her to repeat what she said and she said “nothing” and slammed the window in my face. I then asked a short spanish girl for my receipt and she said “oh my God ! i’m leaving! Oh My God!” i didn’t disrespect them at all and yet was treated like garbage. this is ridiculous and i will be reaching out to manage...
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I suffered from severe diarrhea, stomach pain, headaches, and vomiting. The place is absolutely unhygienic. It seems to have declined since the staff changed, with young, unprofessional employees. I should have trusted my instincts and not eaten here, which explains why the restaurant was so empty. I will definitely be spreading the word about my experience. Avoid this place at all costs! If I could give it negative stars, I would!
I would like to express my gratitude to the young Latin woman and man who were working the late-night drive-through on February 7th. I apologize for my comments about the loaded nacho burger, and I really appreciate your assistance despite my complaints. You both went above and beyond in your service! Employers, please treat them well!
I ordered through DoorDash and they added cheese to my sandwich, despite there being no mention of cheese in the description. I'm allergic to it.
