The drive-thru service is incredibly slow at any time of day, except perhaps during breakfast, which might be due to the unfriendly shift leader who seems to scare customers away. I tried to reach out to the general manager about my ongoing dissatisfaction, but the morning manager hung up on me. My orders are only correct about 3 out of 5 times. Furthermore, they often make you wait while serving cold food! I've tried placing mobile orders to avoid any confusion, but that hasn't helped either. Yeah, yeah, yeah. My favorite Fast Food Burger establishment has a promotion I have longed for years. Wendy's now offers a Daves Single, 10 pieces Nuggets (regular or spicy), or a Spicy Chicken Sandwich at 2 for $5. I love this offer because I'm not crazy about Fritten unless they're just out of fat. This combo allows me to eat both beef and chicken in a fast and good format. Thank you. Wendy is for everything you do!

The service is consistently poor. The staff seems to lack any experience in customer service. The food is served cold, and they frequently run out of items on the menu. It's quite disappointing!
