There was 3 ladies at the window that were talking bad about the customers that would go to the window when I got there, one of them sayed “YOU gotta get out the car because I not reaching out”. The car couldn’t get any closer so I had to get out and lady snatched the money out my hand. Worst service ever, Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! All they do there is talk to their coworkers have customers waiting in line for a very long time then have an attitude once you get your turn. They should be fired!!!!
This place is in horrible condition and not at all in standards for a Wendy's restaurant. The place had 8-9 staff members yelling at each other, cussing and one member even taking a nap in the lobby while there was a line of customers waiting for their food. I saw two guests get frustrated and leave before even placing their orders. This place would need a complete overhaul before I'd ever consider going back.
The cashier who took our order was rude to the car in front of us and she had a smart comments about our order. She was the one with two afro puffs in her hair. Our food was not fresh but since we had a long day. We took that loss.. If you don't want to work with the public then don't work these types of jobs.
Our server unexpectedly walked away while we were still placing our order. The bathroom floor was filthy, with urine and paper towels everywhere. The counters were also in poor condition. Overall, this was the worst fast food experience I have ever had.

I waited 23 minutes for my food inside the restaurant, even though they weren't busy and didn't seem to be short-staffed. My order, which totaled just under $25, had no specific complications, so I don't think there’s any excuse for the wait.
They claim to be open until 2, but that's not true. There’s always an excuse for why you can’t get food. They took my money through the app and then informed us they were closed until 5. I won’t be returning.
we went to this wendy to get some food an got a drink well after i done drank some of my drink i realized something was in it an come to find out it was cigarette ashes in my drink an im pregnant.??
Service was very slow and they had like 6 ppl working.. no one knew how to open the drink machine in the lobby to switch the cartridges. We waited about an hour for out food..

Can't leave ratings for either Wendy's we visited in Orangeburg because we couldn't place an order at either one.
They are doing well with moving the line and getting hot food
