we were greeted when we entered and sat by a host. as our reservation was later, it looked like some of the employees just went through the movements. once we placed our order, eating out quite quickly. you had to get your own serviettes, ketchup and drink after filling. this was our first time for this event, but I would have thought for the experience they would have been more attentive. overall it was funny and we had a good meal. would recommend it again.

my man, whom I have been going to white castle for years, is the location maryland heights one of the best. the employees seem to enjoy doing table service, go on by waiting for them, better than some of the high-end restaurants we were! we will always enjoy eating, I always try the new offers, along with the usual cheeseburgers! thanks to the staff that we make our Valentine's Day another fun without waiting, lines, snobby staff!

I've been visiting White Castle for years, and the Maryland Heights location is one of the best. The staff genuinely enjoy providing table service, going above and beyond compared to some higher-end restaurants. We always love the food, and I like to try the new offerings in addition to the classic cheeseburgers!
