The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing perfect service that I have never experienced before. The gentleman at the bar was fantastic and accommodated our request for mocktails instead of cocktails. I highly recommend the passionfruit and pineapple mocktail. Each dish was introduced to us, and Chef Alexander even came to our table to discuss the dishes. The food was beyond words - truly amazing! I believe this place deserves a Michelin Star. I have been coming in the white **** for several years and every single visit was always phenominal. it is really in a league of itself, both in terms of food, service, ambiente and general intimacy of experience. it's always. a joy to visit and to learn what the cooks have in store for us. that was the first time that I was since the pandemic and since they made their cursor menu and I can honestly say that it was the best restaurant experience I ever had. every dish was made perfect, with the cook explain every dish as he brought it to our table. the service was fantastic with attentive staff and a first class sommelier. I can't wait until the next one comes back!

From the outside the building looks like a country pub. The inside however is that of a modern restaurant. Opposite the bar is an open space and high stool seating along the wall. On this occasion we were here to check the place out for...a future booking. We had a pot of tea and asked, as it was early afternoon asked if they had any bar food. No, they didn’t. This is not a pub. The front of house manager apologised and found us some chocolates. The menus were interesting, certainly not cheap or mid range. But for a special occasion acceptable. The sommelier is very knowledgeable and there is an extensive bar and wine selection.

We attended a large event here about a week ago and enjoyed absolutely excellent meals. All three dishes for both of us were delicious, well balanced and imaginative. The wine was also very good and the staff were really friendly and attentive considering this was...a large party and they were rushed off their feet so well done. My family and I recently visited this restaurant to celebrate a special birthday and we pre-ordered from their autumn menu. The service, food, and wine were all excellent from start to finish. I could go into detail about each course, from the delicious bread and butter at the beginning to every dish that followed, but I would just be repeating myself. This dining experience was truly memorable and one that we will not soon forget.

Last night we tried the tasting menu and wine flight at this restaurant, and the entire experience was amazing. The cocktails were sensational, and the delicious food was expertly paired with a selection of intriguing wines. Nik, the sommelier, was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Overall, it was a truly unforgettable experience, perfect for a special occasion.

Although we go fairly regularly to the White Swan and the Market Street Kitchen, this is the first time we experienced their Sunday lunch. As expected they did not disappoint and they good Sunday lunch to a new level absolutely delicious. Service as ever...first rate throughout. We are looking forward to the Autumn menu and our next visit.

beautiful evening in white fag. we were first-visitors, but we treated ourselves as having come here for years. beautiful ingenious eating, excellent service and a varied, creative wine flight. we have left us very happy and look forward to a return visit.

beautiful East Sunday dinner. fantastic food for all, children menu with local sausages and homemade ice cream, vegetarian menu and lamb for the carnivores. all served the wonderful staff in the white fag. thank you.
