The food was passable, but the chili lacked consistent flavor. The main issue, however, was the service, which I can only give one star. A tall female staff member acknowledged us but then returned to cleaning. We exchanged awkward glances, uncertain if we were being overlooked because they were preparing to close. When we gently tapped on the large glass door to inquire if they were still open, she responded with a noticeable sigh. This will be my first and last visit. Although they claim to be open until midnight or 1 AM, we arrived at 9:50 PM. It seems they aren’t interested in serving customers just 30 minutes before closing time. I cannot recommend this place.
I had a very disappointing experience at Wienerschnitzel. I placed my order early, but it never arrived. The tracking system showed my food was being prepared, yet when delivery time came, there was no sign of it. The status remained stuck on "in progress." I called the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered, and there was no voicemail option. I couldn't cancel my order through their website, and the customer service was poor. To make matters worse, they eventually called me asking why I hadn’t picked up my food, even though I had paid for delivery. Now, I'm left completely confused about what happened to my order.
I often go to the restaurant in Nederland, TX to grab lunch for my boss and coworkers, and I really enjoy it there. The customer service is consistently outstanding. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and the food is always fresh. Today, Tevia S was working at the drive-thru, and she was, without a doubt, the best customer service representative I’ve ever encountered in the fast food industry. While I’ve always had great service, today she truly raised the bar. Thank you!
I go to the one in Nederland, Tx regularly to pick up my boss and coworkers lunch because love it there. I always get the BEST customer service there. They?re always kind, efficient, and food is always fresh. Today Tevia S was the drive thru windowworker. She was literally hands down the best person I?ve ever come across in customer service/ fast food industry. Always greatservice but today she literally set the bar. Thank you. ????

I went to the restaurant for their dollar corn dogs, but I found the promotion to be misleading. The radio station had advertised the deal, but when I arrived, the staff told me it wasn't available. It was supposed to be a Friday football special, but that turned out not to be the case. In the end, I left without ordering anything due to the misleading advertisement.
The employe had a bad attitude ... chip on her shoulder ... they are getting paid to serve food and they do it with the worst of attitudes like they are doing you a favor. There was nobody on the line yet my food was COLD and OLD ... its really adisgrace that all the hard work of the owner ends up in the hands of a poor mentality employee.
The flavored lemonade was a bit too tart for my taste, but it was still quite enjoyable overall. The corn dogs were cooked to a lovely golden brown, and the subtle sweetness of the batter complemented the flavors nicely. The fries, however, were a bit saltier than I prefer; this was the first time I encountered that much salt on them.
The staff member had a negative demeanor and seemed visibly frustrated, as if serving food was more of a burden than a job. Despite being the only customer, my meal arrived cold and stale. It's disheartening to see the owner's hard work diminished by the negative attitude of an employee.

Went for the Dollar corn dogs which was a lie. The radio station was advertising it but when you got to the store the worker said something different it was supposed to be a Friday football special but it wasn't. So I didn't get anything because it wasa false advertisement .
I tried the veggie hot dog, and it was absolutely delicious! The service was fast and efficient.
