Willie's Grill Icehouse

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My family and I have been coming to this place for years and deserve some respect. Our night was going smooth until we waited longer than 35 minutes to receive 3 cold entrees. On top of that, we were disturbed by a screaming manager Jackie . The last 30 minutes of our meal were spent trying to ignore her loud screaming to the staff. Maybe instead of screaming so much she should worry about checking on her unsatisfied customers. Try going somewhere else unless you enjoy constant yelling in the background of your family outing and cold food. Will definitely not be coming back here in a while..

We came in for lunch while on holidays. Food, drinks and service were excellent. I Highly recommend Willie's. We ordered the catfish and shrimp plate because we can't get catfish in Australia and it was light, crunchy and delicious. The frozen margarita was refreshing and tasty as well, would've liked a few more. Service was excellent. My new favourite in Houston.

We stopped and had lunch. It has been awhile since we have gone to Willie's. It was better than we remembered. The staff was very friendly and did an amazing job. We started with fried pickles. I was out voted by my husband and granddaughter, as I wanted fried jalapenos. But the fried pickles were great.Food: 5/5

This was my first time stopping At Willie’s. I came in close to closing but was still greeted nicely. I sat at the bar. The bartender Barbie was very welcoming and friendly. She helped me decide on a meal and the shrimp n catfish was delicious. I will definitely be coming back.Food: 5/5

Just awful, today I witnessed a busser young man being so inappropriate with a young lady sitting with her family at another table, to the point her father had to address the situation out loud and no managers got involved . It's very disappointing to see this in a family restaurant.

Barbie is an exceptional bartender/waitress! She exemplifies customer service and makes us feel like family. We are regulars here and look forward to our weekly dinners here.Food: 5/5

Brought my son for a quick lunch. Came back because Levi made him smile. Great service, even gave my little man a free popsicle! Levi took great care of us.Food: 4/5
