This place was truly strange. I ordered delivery online, and when it arrived, it came in a different restaurant's bag and boxes. It had the receipt and was somewhat close to what I ordered, but it was done extremely poorly. Some items I paid extra for were missing, and nothing was as it was advertised or expected. The French fries were undercooked and floppy, which was unappetizing. While the seasoning was good, the texture of half-cooked potatoes was just off-putting. The chicken had no sauce, which was unexpected but not a complete deal breaker. However, the nuggets were all different sizes and contained pieces of tendon. To top it all off, they sent us a bunch of sour cream instead of ran...
What a total letdown! This restaurant operates as a ghost kitchen within Dickey's Barbecue. I ordered traditional wings, but when my wife picked them up and brought them home, we found they had given us all boneless wings instead. When I called to sort out the issue, they informed me that they had run out of traditional wings but didn’t bother to notify me about the change. The manager I spoke with kept emphasizing that it’s a ghost kitchen and claimed there was nothing she could do. She couldn't even offer a refund. I paid for something I didn’t get, and the business refused to resolve the issue.
Decided to try out Wing Boss because it was cheaper for 16 wings than it is other places for 12.You get what you pay for. Wings were very rubbery and dry.I ordered half buffalo and half Cajun dry rub.Half were buffalo, and the other half looked like someone lazily squirted some buffalo on them. No Cajun rub.I'll be spending more somewhere else next time, even if it means less wings.(As a Kitchen Manager that sells a ton of wings, I'd be embarrassed if this was the product we put out)
Not an overwhelming positive chicken wings experience. It was just ok.For example, the wings aren’t tossed in the sauce as is the norm, meat wasn’t of very good quality (tough and with broken bones), the online ordering tracking system doesn’t work, and the sauces we ordered were only half correct.After reading other reviews with similar issues, it seems this is just how it is, so I’ll look elsewhere for wings.

I ordered through DoorDash and was given a 40-minute delivery estimate, which quickly stretched to over an hour. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. The fries were greasy but undercooked, and the 10-piece traditional wings were stale and dry—there was only one drumstick; the other nine were mostly small flats. To top it off, the mac and cheese and dipping sauces were completely missing from my order.
The printer that notifies the staff about new orders is broken, and it appears that Wing Boss isn't planning to send a replacement. I placed an order online, but they didn’t receive it. Furthermore, they are out of vegetable sticks (which they say they can’t restock) and blue cheese dressing. This is a major concern for me. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this location.
I ordered 16 wings and received 6 on DoorDash. Ridiculous! And payed the full price for 6 totally burnt wings. The customer service in this place was also very bad! Being rude and unapologetic. This needs to be shut down ASAP. This is not how you treat your customers. Never come to this place!!!!
I tried Wing Boss for the first time and I must say, they serve some of the best wings I've ever had. The boneless wings were packed with meat and not just filler. The sauces were great as well; we tried the sweet BBQ and Parmesan garlic, and both were excellent!

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Wing Boss. I spent over $30 on wings and fries, but when my order arrived, I only received 19 plain wings and no fries or ranch, despite having paid for them. I will definitely not be ordering from here again.
