Pizza Hut - Reservar una mesa

Well, I wanted Pizza Hut because it's usually my favorite pizza. But today and this location was completely inept. Walked in and sat down but it was at least 5 minutes before anyone spoke to me although was seen by everyone. So after finally being waited on I had to repeat my order no less than 4 times and still got the wrong pizza after over 30+ minutes. I ordered a pepperoni lovers Pan pizza with extra cheese easy enough right? Apparently not. The waitress tried to sell me on this being a pepperoni lovers you be the judge. I'm a regular lunch buffet eater and on 1/10/16 they were not up to par. Not many customers dining in but there were plenty of tables needing cleaning and several tables that were set for new customers that had greasy fingerprints all over them. Add to it, allot of food on the floor. Then the buffet line was lacking in selection and quantity of pizza. And one missing dessert item (of 2). the one remaining was so dried out that it was not edible. There was plenty of staff on hand so that wasn't a reason. This visit was unsatisfactory.

Delivery never showed up. Spanish girl answering phone was rude when asked what the pizza situation was and said she was sending me to the manager line for my complaint which hadn't been made yet). I then sat for over 20 minutes on the phone waiting before calling again and getting the same service!. 3 hours later and STILL NO FOOD!!!!! Pizza Hut is THE WORST!!!!! 40 years living here and won't order there again!
