I can only give this place a 3-star rating because their wings are not good at all. The only positive aspect I can mention is that they were fried fresh and had a great appearance. Unfortunately, I just can't enjoy Wing Stop. I ordered lemon pepper wings, but I could barely taste the lemon pepper. The garlic parmesan fries were also disappointing; I couldn't taste the garlic parmesan at all. Perhaps I caught the cook on an off day, but I'm not willing to spend more money to be let down again. However, I do want to commend the staff for their excellent, professional, and quick customer service.

Absolutely delicious! I'm in love with the Classic Lemon Trap Wings. My 14-year-old is a fan of the garlic parmesan flavor. I'm amazed that the mild sauce is the best I've ever tasted—it's not just hot like others, but incredibly flavorful! Yum, yum, yum! Lakeita and Carlos were very friendly and made our experience truly enjoyable. The Louisiana Voodoo and Buffalo Ranch fries are also fantastic! I brought some lemon pepper wings home for my mother to try, and she loves them too. I'll definitely be back for more!

The staff at this restaurant was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was amazing. It was cooked to perfection, with generous portions and presented beautifully. It was served piping hot, and the fries were the best I've ever had from WingStop. They were seasoned perfectly with just the right amount of salt. I absolutely loved them and thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience. This was definitely the best meal I've had from Wingstop by far.

Great boneless wings. Crispy on the outside and juicy/tender on the inside. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Store was clean and throughly enjoyed garlic parm and bbq boneless wings. Only problem was there was no menu posted anywhere in the store. I would give them 5 stars but the bbq was pretty spicy and there was no spicy indicator for that flavor. I ordered food from here (online) maybe 5 or 6 times all, but once my food was overcooked hard. One time it wasn't overhauled, I called immediately after the order to make sure it was. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have worked in fast food so I understand that some days are better than others, but at this point obviously there is no form and care of quality control.

Today, the woman at the register, Valencia, was exceptionally kind. She greeted me with a smile as soon as I entered the restaurant and informed me about the lunch specials. The chef not only prepared my meal beautifully, but also personally brought it out to me in the lobby. Although I did not catch his name, I truly appreciated their excellent customer service today.

I had a great experience with my meal! The staff were friendly and demonstrated excellent customer service. They even suggested a new flavor for me to try, which was fantastic! The sauce was incredible! I usually visit the Eastpointe location, but I’m definitely going to come here from now on!

The quality at this restaurant is consistently good, although there was one disappointing batch of dry wings. The french fries are often undercooked, so I recommend ordering them well done. In our experience, orders are always accurate.

This is the 3rd time we have ordered meals and not had fries come with them. I also had the thigh bites and couldn?t eat half of them due to cartilage and gelatinous texture. The Vandyke location is much better.
