Wingstop - Reserva de mesa

I used to go here a lot, even have the phone saved. This guy with glasses got my order wrong TWICE. And falsely charged me. I waited 20 extra minutes even after I placed my order through the phone an hour before. I got my 10 piece wings and they couldn't give me a complimentary ranch like they always do and said its only for combos, how does that work? Horrible service, terrible people. I wanted a refund they refused ? So I just left the wings there because I can’t eat wings without ranch.

Everything was great overall! Yes, the food was a bit cold when it arrived, but you asked for it to be fresh, and you addressed that promptly. We didn’t quite enjoy the new lemon pepper seasoning—it lacked flavor—but everything else was spot on! I would definitely consider being a regular customer if the chicken had a better skin; it didn't seem completely ready. However, the rest of the meal was fantastic!

I come here a lot because I love wingstop. But tonight I was the first time I had a restless experience. We ordered a combo, restaurant had another customer next to us and we waited 50 minutes just to find out that they never make it first. I always come here to make it unlikely to get this friendly service here, but tonight I was disappointed:

I'm not sure if the managers were absent on the day I visited, but I had to step outside with my child and wait for our order because the music playing was excessively vulgar. There were many young staff members working together, and they chose music that was inappropriate for a public restaurant. Reserva una mesa ahora

My experience was disappointing from start to finish. The service was poor; it took an incredibly long time for my online order to be ready. The customer service was the worst I've encountered—they barely acknowledged me and only mentioned my name. Overall, everything was a letdown.

The soda machine only had diet sodas available, as it seemed to be made of sugar. A male employee kindly went next door to get us drinks since there were no other customers around. We truly appreciated that gesture.

This team keeps the restaurant impeccably clean, the food is always hot, and the customer service is top-notch. They have the best wings around! I truly appreciate the staff who work here.
