The service at this restaurant is always fantastic, with a great staff and delicious food. If you find yourself behind a new customer who is not familiar with Wok Box's menu, you may experience a slightly longer wait as the staff explain the options. However, wouldn't you appreciate the same explanation if you were unsure about the variety of food choices offered? Regarding previous complaints about long wait times and customers leaving, I was there during that time and I believe that patience is key as the food is definitely worth it. If you are in a hurry, you can always call ahead to place your order before arriving.

Thank you to the wonderful employee who I spoke to at the store tonight regarding the school lunch program. I wish I had asked your name. You put me at ease with all my allergy questions. My kids loved the food and is looking forward to a new food option at school. we have a new dinner place to take our kids.

The food at Wok Box Oshawa is amazing and the customer service is excellent. Jordan prepared my meal and I thoroughly enjoyed it. He is a fantastic cook and very personable. Thank you for always providing great service.

I have been a regular at this restaurant since it opened! The staff is very friendly, the food selection is nice, and I love that Oshawa now has a Wok Box. Keep up the good work!
