Absolutely appalling customer service food was cold burnt and completely wrong order I orderd pie and mash and liquor I received one London pie and no mash and a quarter of a tub of one also ordered curry sauce never received it I ring up the lady lied to her boss when I ask to speak to him she said the liquor spilled wich I confirmed it didn’t as it was not open or leaked she just didn’t make no effort and gave me a tiny bit but my kids can’t eat fried foods hence why I ordered mash and was sent three portions of chips wich we’re over cooked and the sausage and batter aswell as well as the chicken bites the manager said they would refund me as I explained I am very sick and can’t go out to...
Terrible attendance! I waited for more than 40 m for my order and the attendant was super rude and rude when I went to ask if it was ready! This happened twice, the last time the same thing happened and it wasn't just me but also other people who were collecting! and I saw the staff working there without caps and gloves, without taking care of hygiene, the same attendant without gloves scratched the aisle and picked up the potatoes! honestly disappointed!
We walked to Wolfies from Brighton lovely walk along the beach front and then a short walk into Hove to get there (near the station). My husband is coeliac and had read good things about the food here he ordered gluten free haddock and chips. I’m not gluten free so went for a small cod and chips. There was a 10 minute wait as they prepared and cooked the gluten free food. Absolutely delicious all round and worth the wait. Classic fish and chips.
Hello. I was happy to collect food from restaurant for our takeaway. I decided to order on their website and paid. When I collected I saw the prices in shop. A piece of fish was £7.50 when I had paid £11.50 on their website. What a rip-off! Also on website I had to pay a service fee. I therefore paid £12 a piece of fish. I was told in the restaurant to place order via telephone to avoid. Hopefully it is over 50% difference!!

We’d heard great things about Wolfies so as I’ve now moved just around the corner we gave it a try and it didn’t disappoint! Everything was delicious, I had a small cod but it was huge! The staff were lovely even though it was quite busy, they still took time to chat. Definitely recommend.
Outstanding customer service it was quite busy and both the lady and man working behind the counter were polite and fast paced, swift service despite being busy! Food was amazing! Walked out with a huge smile and would recommend Wolfies to anyone! 10/10
Very disappointed, used to be amazing food! Chips old and full of black eyes and stale. Cod was very thin and greasy. Both husband and had dodgy tummy withing half hour of eating. Avoid it's nothing like it used to be
Twice in two weeks been there for lunch and nobody able to take your money. First Friday at 1230. Today 1st September at 1330. Both time person who's frying saying nobody's turned up to work the till. Poor service

So, for a family order online it was £25.0 more than it was on the boards and I still had to wait for 10 min more than the order time. I feel ripped off and this is from someone who comes here often.
Heard such good things about their fish&chips. Ordered delieveroo this evening never been so disappointed. Greasy fish and soggy chips awful. Gone in the bin!!
