Maybe my expectations were too high. This was my first time at Wong 's Kitchen and though there was only one family dining in, the line of people picking up their take-out order was rather substantial. I thought, Man, this place must be pretty good! The phone was also ringing off the hook so all of these factors combined led me to believe I was in for a treat. I ordered the beef and broccoli to go and a side of egg rolls. When I got home and popped open the boxes everything looked great. This is where things go awry. The beef tasted a little off. I don 't know if it 's because of how it was seasoned, but it just didn 't taste very good at all and the rest of the dish was kind of bland. The e...

This place is terrible! I went once when I first moved to the area and never again! If you are thinking of stopping in, think again, there are so many other great, authentic Asian food restaurants in the area. We ordered the orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken, egg rolls and cream cheese wontons. Both the fried chicken dishes had been over fried, were greasy and the oil smelled old. The sauces to accompany were gloppy, gelatinous and artificially gross! The egg rolls were by far the worst I've ever had, terrible flavor and the cream chees wontons (which I though, they can screw these up) were awful as well. They were tough, chewy and cream cheese was minimal and dehydrated inside. I hones...

If I could give a lower rating, I definitely would. I ordered the chow mein, expecting soft, boiled noodles that would melt in my mouth. Instead, I ended up with something very different. I dared to try the mystery sauce, and it tasted like my dog Oscar's canned food. It was absolutely terrible—the look, the taste, the presentation—it made me feel sick. And guess what? It was served in a Top Ramen bag, with just raw noodles thrown in. I couldn't believe my eyes. I still can’t. I would NEVER, and I mean NEVER, visit Wong's Kitchen again. Wong, I suggest you consider a different career path, as cooking clearly isn't your forte. This food is inedible. Maybe you should think about working at a d...

When I called the restaurant to speak with the manager, I could hardly understand her over the phone. She was yelling at someone else in her language, and it was quite loud in my ear. When I shared my concerns about the food, she dismissively replied that no one else had complained that day. It wasn't until I mentioned that other customers online have had the same issues that she finally said, "Oh, okay, sorry." I have decided that I won't be returning to this restaurant again. I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews. I’ve ordered takeout from here twice and enjoyed the food both times. I tried the subgum shrimp and chicken with pea pods. Since I’m on a healthy low-sodium diet, my taste buds have become more sensitive than they used to be, but Wong's Kitchen was able to accommodate my request to skip the salt on both occasions. No other restaurant I’ve visited since starting my low-sodium diet offers as many low-sodium meal options.

Not sure (based on all the bad reviews) what people were expecting for this place. It's Chinese fast food. Not gourmet. Bear this in mind when forming your expectations. With that said, I still eat here frequently when I want cheap quantity Chinese food. Best foods to order include the lo mein (good flavor, huge quantity literally several meals), fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, and egg rolls or cream cheese wontons. Perfectly adequate options for low prices.

This is my favorite spot for a laid-back evening. 1. The fried chicken is fantastic—just like my grandma used to make! 2. The prices are very reasonable; two large orders are enough to feed four people. 3. The vegetables are incredibly fresh—fresher than the ones I get from my own fridge! 4. The noodles and rice are pretty good for a Chinese restaurant. Just so you know, I'm Chinese!

They say first impressions mean a lot, well sorry to say I wasn't impressed. This was my first time visiting Wong's Kitchen and it will be my last. I ordered a Wonton Soup and 2 egg rolls. The soup was poorly made and had no taste and the egg rolls tasted heavy and not light and fluffy. I will not recommend Wong's Kitchen to friends and family. Reserva una mesa ahora

I've been dining at Wong's Kitchen for about 15 years, and I keep returning. Their house lo mein and fried chicken are my favorites! I usually opt for takeout, which is typically ready in around 15 minutes. The lunch buffet is small, but it was what initially drew me in with their delicious lo mein and fried chicken.
