Yo-chi - Reserva de mesa

I received the absolute best customer service! My friends and I were craving frozen yogurt, but we got caught in traffic on Chapel Street. I called around 5 minutes to 11 (closing time) to ask if they could stay open for just five more minutes. I want to give a special shout-out to Natalie for letting us fulfill our yogurt craving. We’ve always loved the yogurt here, but we were truly impressed by the service, which is unlike any other yogurt shop I’ve visited.

Big thank you to Seth. He recommended an option which worked perfectly. salted butterscotch/ crumble/ peanut chocolate sauce/ crunchy flakes) which I wouldn't have normally gone for. His service and smile when I'm in there makes every visit a double treat. Thanks for being awesome at your job

Best customer service experience ever!! I accidentally left my wallet at the store and Diana went above and beyond to track me down. Diana is an absolute treasure and Yo-chi is extremely lucky to have her as an employee. The yoghurt is so delicious too 5 stars!!

The best just tried the Faraday street sore in Carlton amazing flavours plus the original and the best signature tart like good old fashioned frozen yoghurt. Then the toppings superb and original yummy and almost healthy Reserva una mesa ahora

My friends and I frequently visit Yochi in Balaclava, and we've never had a negative experience. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, and the yogurt is of excellent quality!

I can always rely on Yo-Chi to get me when I feel down. the load is always very clean and the toppings are fresh and varied. I love coming here if it wasn't so expensive.
