Yoshinoya De Soto Knapp

It says they open at 9am and I show up at 9:10am employee opens door and let's me in tells me the Chicken will be ready in 10 minutes... Which is fine. And then i'm assuming the guy in charge a black older man... Yells at me and tells me where closed. kicked me out... and had the other employee close lock the door behind me....at 9:13am.... That's Definitely bad customer service rude... not my fault he's always late....

I came here twice for boba drink on Saturday (12pm on Jul15 and 2 weeks later at 10am on July 29) and both 2 times they didn't have any boba pearl, only tea. They said the boba not delivery yet. They need to improve or to do something, this mistake seems like they don't want to solve and just ignore it.I reccomend people don't order boba here if you don't want disappointment, the others food are still okay though.

We tried to purchase with coupon but Jose refused to take our order. The reason is because he is by himself. What different does it make whether we purchase with coupon or not. He has to make it anyway. He said the manager agreed with him. I would like to talk to the manager.

This place is a joke. The tattooed lady with the sky-themed attire has a terrible attitude towards everyone. Everything about it is just bad. Not to mention the limited parking. The staff seems very poorly trained. Reserva una mesa ahora

Guy running the cashier at the time looked like he had no idea what he was doing.and terrible service. My Ordered the didnt fill half the container. Never coming back to this location

This Yoshinoya is the worst one. Corporate should really look into the performance of these employees, as they are not doing a good job.
