The food was 40 minutes late and when received it was STONE COLD and completely inedible. When I phoned to explain that we were disappointed I was told I don 't believe that it is cold how do I know that you are not lying to me . I placed an online order that did not arrive after 1 hour and 15 minutes. The telephone number provided was incorrect, so I had to search for the correct number. After finally reaching someone, they explained that the order was placed on the wrong website. They canceled the order and now I am waiting for a refund, which I doubt will ever arrive. It's frustrating to have to spend more time trying to get a refund from my credit card. Save yourself time and money and dine elsewhere. I don't understand why these takeout restaurants are so incompetent. It shouldn't be difficult to cook and deliver an order in a reasonable amount of time.
Delivery just arrived. I can’t believe I’ve been told off by the delivery guy for not picking up their phone call to tell me I needed to be downstairs to wait for them because they aren’t able to park at our block. Rude and ridiculous. On top of that, the food was rubbish. Super fatty ribs; the chicken bits (whatever they were) were stodgy; lamb sheesh? No idea. Never again.
Appauling attitude on the phone; received food a little late, but frozen desserts left us unable to eat them with one of them wrong, advised to leave it 5 minutes to defrost whilst laughing down the phone. Do not intend to be using this business again. Wouldn't recommend them as there are plenty of other good businesses in Brighton in replacement.

The food was not delivered in a timely manner, with a 45-minute wait followed by being told it would be another 2 hours on a Sunday night after reaching out for assistance. Despite living less than 5 minutes away, I will not be using this company again. I recommend avoiding them if possible and not expecting deliveries to arrive on time.
I strongly recommend avoiding Yummie Grill in Brighton. I ordered delivery from Deliveroo last night and most of my order was wrong. The delivery person was disrespectful and impolite. Additionally, I have been feeling sick all night and suspect that the takeaway may have caused food poisoning.
Ordered online, got a confirmation email it had gone through and money came out our bank account. Called an hour later asking where the food was and they said they didn't have the order, hung up on me 3 times and were so unhelpful. I got told to call another number, do not order here!
Ordered on the app and waited an hour and 20 minutes, I then rang the store to see where my order was and the store said they hadn’t received my order and wasn’t going to give me the food I payed for, they took my money fast enough, absolute joke. I could give them a 0 rating I would

Placed order at 00:48 after getting home from work was advised would be delivered in and hour As I write this it is 02:28 and food has still not arrived when you ring they just put you on hold or leave the phone off the hook will never order from here again
I order from here all the time. The staff are so polite and I am in love with their cookies and it helps a tired support worker out
