I placed an order online for a salad an extra egg roll. I made it half way home and noticed that my egg roll wasn’t in the bad. I already accepted the fact that my fries were cold, but having to drive back for an incorrect order is unacceptable. After driving back to the restaurant, I told the young ladies at the window that I did not receive my full order. I explained that I was missing an egg roll. I even showed them my phone with the receipt. They said I cant do anything about that and you will have to come inside. I recently ordered lunch for takeout, and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The food was absolutely fantastic, receiving a perfect score of 5! Every dish was flavorful and well-prepared.
The service was equally impressive, earning another perfect 5. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the ordering process smooth and enjoyable.
Lastly, the atmosphere of the restaurant really enhanced the overall experience. Even though I was taking out, the ambiance was inviting and well-maintained, deserving another top rating.
Overall, I highly recommend this place for a wonderful lunch experience!
I placed my order over the phone and was told it would be ready for pickup in 10 minutes. It was right on time and hot when I arrived. There was a bit of confusion with my order, but the manager quickly resolved it and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The staff was very friendly, and the front of the restaurant was clean. The chicken offerings were excellent, and the fries were outstanding with a generous amount of seasoning.
The restaurant offers a diverse selection of food, along with excellent salads. Parking is sufficient, and the management appears dedicated to providing quality food and service. The staff at the register are generally friendly. Overall, it's one of the better fast food choices at this exit, and I find myself dining there approximately once a week.

In the toilet on the way in and found it in the need of attention. TP on the whole floor and overflowing garbage can. Not a good first impression. The rest of the restaurant seemed clean and the service was quick and friendly. I had the Buffaloed Blue Salad that was delicious. It had beautiful pieces of blue cheese in it.
I visited Zaxby's for the first time, and despite the crowd, the service was impressively quick. They provided me with plenty of napkins, ketchup, and ranch dressing to take home. The highlight of my meal was definitely the chicken wings; they were delicious with a perfectly crispy skin.

Delicious and fresh food! The staff addressed the one concern we had promptly. The restrooms were also very clean.
