little party with friends we decided to come test the zen sushis. sushi restaurants enthusiasts we each have our habits on colmar and mulhouse but we all love to test new addresses to make new encounters and test new flavors. Unfortunately, it was a catastrophe night. First the map! She's poor. Very poor. a few menus and 2-3 dishes. after we order (and only after) we are told that we will not have miso soup with our menus. No more explanations! 2 out of 4 having taken a streak, the latter are coming. It's not a big kitchen. the ravioli were not fresh and in addition they were not properly cooked. My friend had not even eaten two ravioli on the 5 that the waitress brought him to his dish with...
I must start with the positive side of this review... the young girl who was worried about us was very kind. Unfortunately, this is the only thing we can say here. This was one of the moments I was crazy that I left my phone in the car... that would be the best picture that would have ever been taken from a so-called “sushi place”. I ordered the Chirachi Sashimi scarf salmon and I got a flat plate with some rice and 6 super thin almost transparent slices of salmon with two small pieces avocado... I was shocked to be honest, especially because of the price of 15 euros for it. Photos of the site are definitely deceived and maybe we just had bad luck....anyways AVOID this place.
small "Sushi/Asiatique" nice even if the card is expensive. miso salted soup not tasteful, maki correct on the other hand big coolness problem on tuna sushi!!! the repoussing view and smell of tuna and the little I swallowed turned my stomach! a veiled and blackened aspect on the sides. all my table was of the same opinion by the view and smell of the product. We call on the waitress who calls the chief/patron. He didn't want to hear us, "the tuna is fresh." by insisting he wanted to feel it "no, no it's good." and makes us the plate after he put his nose down. Good thing to do, we finish the rest and bet. No question, excuse or surrender!
We took the sushi to take away. They are good but the work remains too coarse, we lose the taste of ingredients (salmon, tuna, lawyer, etc.).In addition, having sweet sauces could have allowed everyone to satisfy. However, the welcome was coming, soups and salads very good and a little dessert was offered.

We're going regularly. Yes there is better but in the corner there is nothing better, iles malus and sushis are fresh, the service is nice and fast. The correct price. take away you have a discount of 10. %
we go regularly to this restaurant since its opening. to eat on the spot or to take away. warm welcome, sushis/makis/sashimis are always good with a good value/price ratio. I recommend this restaurant.
I order exclusively to take away and I have never been disappointed, the orders are ready in time, the sushi are fresh, with a little salad and miso soup (every hot) I recommend
This place is operated by the Chinese hairdryer and they don't do a bad job!! no ambience for this joint, but sushi was fresh. English speaking staff is a plus point.

Standard sushi menu. Standard parts. Well prepared and well maintained. Spartane location in a quiet part of the city. Clean. A perfectly quiet and dramatic evening.
