Zombie Burger And Shake Lab In West Des Mo

This was an OMG experience. I was in town visiting with family friends when it was suggested I check out Iowa 's famous mall. While there, we, of course, got a little hungry. I love trying places that don 't exist in my state. Zombie Burger won . The young lady that took my order was pleasant enough but definitely needs a few more lessons in providing good custome service. Needless to say, it didn 't deter me from my mission. Obviously, others felt the same because the line was long. They cook the food to order, which is a good and bad thing, especially during peak hours. I ordered the Dawn of the Dead Burger with a side of fries. The burger was cooked perfectly. It was juicy and well season...

Underwhelmed. Went for lunch on a Friday at 1:30pm. To be fair, I believe the gentleman that took my order was new. It took several attempts and an extra long time to order a burger basket with no special requests. He gave me the wrong kind of pop. I was in the mood for a big juicy burger! I would guess this burger was less than 1/4 pound. The bun was very good! It's in the mall so not really able to judge the atmosphere fairly. Once my order was in it came out quick. Fries were cold and had been sitting for a bit.

Won't let me get ranch with my Fry Basket even though the order kiosk doesn't even let you order ranch in the first place. The sauce that normally comes with the fries is bad, just let me have ranch. At least chic-fil-a won't let me down

Very cool, unique burger, chicken, and shake place. Most of their burgers and shakes are like nothing you've seen anywhere else. You can choose single, double, or triple for your burgers. A lot going on here but we'll worth the stop.

The burgers are always fresh! The buns are amazing! I purchased Ray Gun it's got guacamole, bacon, fried jalapenos, Chipotle mayo, Sautéed onion cheese! It's an amazing burger the fries are great! I recommend adding cheese sauce!

Ate in the mall so location was busy. I don't think it was really that special. The jalapeno burger (raygun) was not at all spicy. Everything was just slopped together and messy.

We come to the mall just for Zombie Burgers. My daughter loves the fries, and the zombie sauce is awesome.
