"The tea is great. My first experience I was treated very rude. I've been there a few times now and the employee's are still EXTREMELY rude and unfriendly each time. Communications is horrible and unprofessional, immature behavior. I'd give 5 stars butmy experience with them has been awful. Needs to work on better costumer Communications skills and general public manners."
