Some reasons why you shouldn't hesitate to have lunch or dinner at l'Aigle Noir: the setting: a cosy, elegant interior, a veranda with magnificent view on the old town and in summer a beautiful terrace the quality of the food, especially the fish the selection of wines by the glass Just expect a pleasant experience
We tried various vegetarian dishes and they all exceeded our expectations: the gazpacho with nuts and basil sorbet, the tomato variations, the ravioli with menthe sauce, the salmon with black rice.
Very nice atmosphere. Delicious food, although a bit expensive. But that was expected given the quality and the beautiful view of Fribourg
