They did not have au jus. They still listed French dip on the menu and let me order it online when they did not have a key element of the meal. Would you serve a mushroom swiss without the swiss? Would you serve a Ruben without corned beef? No, you would say it is unavailable because a key ingredient is missing. It's not a French dip without the dip. I dont really believe that they don't have any either. Pretty sure they are just too lazy to pour powder into water in a warmer so I can get my food as ordered and paid for. Rip off.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent, and I ordered a delivery meal for dinner. The price per person was between $20-30, which was reasonable for the quality. I believe this is the only Arby's I have visited, and every visit has been a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. I usually get take out for dinner, and the prices are between $1-10 per person. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 4 out of 5.
