Let's get this wee fact out of the way...I've eaten in the best steak houses and seafood restaurants in North America. But, Arby's in Orillia is impossible to avoid to eat at when we come to town. OK, we've been married 9 years, but both of us have been going to this place for over 28 years. Now, how many restaurants that serve "Roast Beef" (Arby's is a play for RB or Roast Beef) can you claim to visit every time you visit for many many years. I like to come to this Arby's when I need a quick fast food experience in Orillia. It is never busy so I get my food quickly. The staff are always pleasant (not rushed) and helpful. The food is fresh and predictably tasty. (It is nice to have roast beef rather than a burger or Mexican fast food.) I usually ask for a slight modification of the choice and they are always accommodating and accurate.I do like the flavour of the roast beef and tend to order that rather than the other main choices (although I have tried some.) I was just in there and order food and when i wanted to upsize my meal i ask the girl that served me named Sarah if i can do so. When she handed me my cup it didnt seem like the size for a large so i simply asked if this was a large and she rudely stated YES and grabbed the med cup and said this is our med. I said okay thank you and that i wasnt sure and when i turned to get my straw she was talking to all the other staff memebers mocking me rudely because i asked a question. To management as well as Sarah is to be more professional when having a job in customer service role. Other then brutal staff the food was good.

My wife and I enjoy Arby's perhaps once a month as an alternative to other fast food chains. Our money goes a long way especially when we use Arby's coupons. The food is quite good as is the service. The restaurant is always clean. Should you enjoy your meal and wish to recognize the workers there, a bell that you can ring upon leaving acknowledges your satisfaction.

Well after a much needed refresh it is much nicer and laid out better.The menu has changed and has more options.The service was good and friendly. It was busy but everything went smooth.The refresh was worth the wait.

I must confess I love Arby's but I do admit to loving roast beef also so I may have a bit of a biais. Every so often company issues coupons you get in mail so even better value.

The food here is good and predictable. However the debit machine is out frequently. Its very frustrating!
