Although we were initially surprised by the prices at restaurants in Australia, we stumbled upon this place near our hotel. Compared to other restaurants we had visited, the prices here were quite reasonable. We opted for sides rather than burgers or steaks, and we were impressed with the value for money. Despite it being busy when we arrived, our order was taken promptly and our food and drinks arrived quickly. We enjoyed the warm beetroot salad, chicken curry, bruschetta, and potato wedges, all of which were generously portioned. The sauce was particularly delicious. The steak was good quality and well cooked. The location is convenient for the docks area and in particular for then Sebel hotel. The service was good and efficient but not particularly friendly. I certainly can’t complain about it though. The atmosphere is missing something...though! Maybe it’s too light, maybe it’s too ‘open plan’, maybe I just needed company ... I might have felt different had I been sat in a booth by the window, but certainly the tables in the middle felt somewhat lacking.
We ordered the Wagyu and the Angus, both were overdone, chewy, and VERY salty. I had prawns with it which I stupidly assumed would be fresh not garlic. For the 2 meals and a soft drink each, it was over $90 which was way overpriced...for the quality. Hard to move around as not a lot of room between the tables, and no views as the back of booths etc covered the windows. Atmosphere in general was more like a cafe, not the fine eating the prices reflected.
I had dinner with friends at this restaurant last night. It was quite busy, but the staff remained friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and served promptly. We enjoyed the variety of dishes we ordered. Overall, we had a nice evening and everyone in our group enjoyed the experience. This was our second visit to the restaurant in Docklands and we would definitely come back again.

I stopped in to grab an early dinner on my way back to my hotel. Bought a burger and chips to take away, which was ready within ten minutes. Had a lovely chat with the young woman at the bar while I waited. The burger...and the chips were both fantastic, some of the best food I've had. It was a huge serving (too much for me! but I ate it all anyway!. Would absolutely go back.
Ordered the porterhouse steak lunch special and it was really good. I seldom order steak outside since I am very particular with the way my steak is made. I wanted medium rare and this place did not disappoint. Highly recommended!
Went there with friends and there were mixed reviews on the food, however I can only rate on what I ate which was the Pork Ribs and they were the best ribs I have eaten in a long time. Definitely delicious and good value.
Heaps of choices any time of the day after 12 noon. Nice area, cost was okay. Special call out to the lone lady serving (forgot to ask her name) great customer service.

I want a steak burger to take away. waited for over 30 minutes and then had to request my food. steak a little carved, but okay. I had much better for the same price.
We went to the restaurant located on the promenade. The wait for our food was rather lengthy. The burger was average, nothing exceptional.
