I suspect this restaurant has inaccurate reviews! I visited based on the ratings and was really let down. The place was nearly empty, which should have been my first warning. The food was disappointing: the cheese sauce had a watery consistency and an unidentifiable taste. I tried the carnita taco, which was on sale, but it was bland and overly greasy. I also sampled the house-made limeade, which unfortunately tasted like it was mixed with tap water. The only redeeming aspect was the house-made taco sauce dressings. BE WARNED. The chicken adobo burrito at Bandit Taco was one of the blandest I've encountered in quite some time. However, they had a special that made it a good value and convenient enough that I would likely return for that same deal. The self-serve sauces significantly elevated the dish.
