Barrel Culture Brewing And Blending

I sampled 8 beers here and thought they ranged from excellent to near-perfection. All the sour and farmhouse ales we tried were so well-balanced between fruitiness and tartness. My favorite was Heavy Jams: Quadberry and my girlfriend's favorite was Erosion Theories: Strawberry Lemon As a sour beer lover, I was pleased that even the IPAs we sampled would probably be more accurately labeled sour IPAs We also tried the Chocolate Wafer Slide which is a stout with blend-ins, aptly called a slushee since it's an icy slush, an tasted like a chocolate milkshake slushy with a twist.Bonus points for listing the menu on Untappd.My only criticism is they don't offer flights, and don't offer 5oz pours ei...

This place is huge! There is seating outside in the front, more private outdoor seating in the back, indoor seating, and even a barrel room which was perfect for stand up comedy! The night I went there was even a food truck. Will be coming back for more comedy and great beer!

Great outdoor brewery!!! As someone who believes sours are the future this place nails it. Don't worry they have others as well but it was so fun to see a diverse selection of sours

Great beers! Great location! Excellent staff!Plenty of seating outside, at the front bar, and in the back barrel room. Vibe and customers are always pleasant.
