Benny&co. - Reservar una mesa

First visit to this restaurant, food was good, well portionned, right temperature. Loved it. Service was a bit dry, its ok i'm not here to make friends but to order. Still got everything we needed. Atmosphere is a 2. It was extremely cold in the restaurant, we arrived at the table, took off our coats, and before food was ready, we both put back our coats. The goal of taking a time to sit in the restaurant is to enjoy the meal and take a break. If i want to eat fast in the cold i could have go to the drivethrough. This is not the first Benny&Co that is frozen cold, so start wandering if it is on purpose?

I ordered online. Asked that my order be ready for 5:45pm. I get there at 5:40 and tell them my name. The lady tells me that they will start the order right away. So far so good... While I was waiting for my order, they served 2 drive through orders and 4 customers THAT ARRIVED AFTER ME!!! Order they had to start from scratch!!! Now that what I call SERVICE I get home and instead of having brown meat in my club sandwich, I had white meat. NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!!

I never go to Benny's in person, I always order. I must first say that I am rarely disappointed. Last night, I ordered a little late, and the site had not sent the order to the correct Benny. The restaurant took the time to call me and arrange something for me. The delivery girl was incredibly kind, no additional waiting time, the food is always hot and the fries crispy! Well done to the entire Benny Prévost team, you make me choose Benny again and again.

20 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru watching the guys in the kitchen kidding on their cellphones and ultimately not having any utensils... and the girl who takes care of the cash register has no emotions... it seems like life is hard ...

Very slow service and the dining room is cold 30 minutes to be served we are asked if it bothers us to eat in take-out boxes no if I come to eat in a restaurant it's because I want to eat on a

For another chicken place, it was better than KFC, but not as good as St Hubert it is also a good idea counter pick up whether or not you are planning on eating there.

Please please please... Benny make the drive-thru faster..That doesn't make sense....Even 2 cars.....and it takes forever.

The drive-thru is very slow, I waited 10 minutes. We were two cars waiting, not very fast very disappointing!!!
