This is one of the bigger Tim Hortons location, at least in the Laurentians. It's very well situated on the 117 highway. I have to say, I LOVE that it's a 24 hour location as many a times I have gone in the middle of the night needing a doughnut fix. It's usually very clean and quiet with plenty of room to sit inside. There are some seats outside but I think it could use a little improvement because it's in the middle of a parking lot and doesn't have much appeal. The food is always great. Service could be improved a little if the waitresses would not pretend they don't understand English.
I would give it a higher rating for the location etc but it's not always consistent with the orders and how fast they serve you. I waited once for almost 20 minutes just to get some coffees and a donut when it wasn't even that busy. The owner was nice enough to give me a ticket for a free coffee when she finally served me and saw that I was frustrated that they forgot to even give it to me sooner.
This restaurant is consistently closed despite their posted hours of operation from 5 am to 10 pm. Yesterday at 7:30 pm they were already closed, and this morning they have yet to open even though they advertise opening at 5 am. Tim Hortons should consider shutting down this franchise or addressing the issue with the owner.
