It was cozy and not too loud in an December evening. Guests were mostly families with kids. Only 2 or 3 couples. We had schnitzel with pommes (around 11€) and schwarzwälder rump steak (around 17€) with bratkartoffel (fried potatoes, ordered separately as Beilage for 3,30€). Schnitzel was thin enough, not too dry, and crunchy bread crumbs till the last bite. Rump steak was done medium, served with lots of vegies and kräuterbutter. We were full and satisfied with the food. Service was a bit weird at first. No one came to us as we entered and waited so we went directly to the drink station and asked for a table ourselves. A very nice restaurant with a large selection of dishes. The menu was translated in lots of different languages. The service was quick and friendly and the food came out quickly too. Particularly good was the pork in the 'Jäger' (creamy mushroom) sauce. There's seating on the terrace/conservatory, and there's also indoor seating. Would definitely recommend eating here!
Had a wonderful time at this restaurant. Food was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Location is right in the center of town, near a beautiful lake. We intended to eat at a table for four, but as friends came in, we grew to a group of 12. The restaurant easily accommodated us and ensured that we had a great time.

We had the Bergsee filet steak and the pepper steak, both quite tasty and nicely cooked. Service was attentive and good. This place may look like a bit of a tourist trap but we can certainly recommend it.
We had a wonderful dinner here coupled with lots of tasty white beer! The food was delicious and homely as was the ambience. Definitely recommend this place to hang out with friends!
The food might be rather standard fare, but considering the decent pricing and excellent location with lake view, it's still great value. The staff are very friendly too.
I order a soup ,it was cold and teste badly. The place is not clean, the wc is not clean The pizza was dry . The service was bad . The pancake & cheese cake were good
