The food is fresh and delicious. We have some food allergies, and I appreciate that they take the time to call and double-check, which is fantastic. However, I've encountered an issue during my last two online orders. They adjusted the total and charged me extra for "add-ons," even though I didn't request any. The only thing I specifically asked for was to omit sesame seeds and seaweed paper due to my allergy. Instead of reducing the charge for removing those items, I ended up being charged more. That doesn’t seem fair.
The staff was beautiful and accommodating, but the food was just okay. I tried a poke bowl for the first time, and it was somewhat lackluster—too much filler and not enough fish. I requested the sauces on the side, but two of them were overly salty, and the third was a sweet mayonnaise. I ended up using a wasabi mix and a small amount of a soy sauce. With some improvements, this place has the potential to be great.
The food was good for the price. My friend, who placed the order, mentioned that it was easy to order and the staff were friendly. Compared to other poke bowls I've had at different places, this one had more rice and vegetables than meat. I also preferred the sauce at other restaurants. However, overall, it was a great value at Big Bang.
They are fantastic! This is one of my favorite spots in the area, and the service is excellent. I typically order the soba noodle bowl with vegetables and protein. I highly recommend it if you're looking for something fresh to eat.

Finding good sushi can be a challenge, but this place really impressed me. I compared it to Hama Sushi in Plainview, and I would rate it a perfect 10/10. I can't wait to order again!

We absolutely love their soba noodles, whether they're served stir-fried with vegetables or in a soup bowl. They're the best! So delicious!
