The person there said they could not issue a refund because I ordered it online. This is the first the first time I’ve heard of it that an establishment cannot make refunds for something we did not receive. First, they did not call us informing that there were no more pork buns. Outside of a strip mall that requires your undivided attention when arriving from the east, Bonchon follows a consistent theme of average service and tasty food at good prices. I'd recommend ordering the food online instead of dining in since this area is short-staffed.I had the takoyaki with the buldak meal. While I'm not entirely fond of the flavor and the texture, the squid balls were crispy and bursting in heat. Would not recommend squeezing one ball in its entirety down, kind of a hot mess if you do.The salad underneath the octopus balls were pretty nice though, they complement the cheesy buldak's spice very well. The best thing there is the restroom and the soap, smell good. The rest was terrible. The attitude of the servers were bad. They didn't want to serve us at all. Other tables had radish kimchi for the fried chicken, but they didn't give it to us. The food tasted nothing. Bibimbab didn't taste anything. We asked for exchange. After few times asking, they changed it with the fried rice, which was so salty. The chicken is ok, 2/5. And they even charged 20% for tips on the bill. I would love to give them tips for their work, but it was bad experience. Our first time and never come back. Not recommended at all. Doesn't taste like Korean food. Servers were bad and racist. 0/5 for the experience.
Often times when I order bonchon it is both near closing and I am very hungry. My order is always taken professionally and the food is fresh and delicious, without fail. The owner tries his best to make you feel valued and even gives specials some nights on the chicken wings making them the best deal I’ve found per wing. The wings and rice are always cooked perfectly. The rice is perfect tenderness and the wings are some of the biggest and juiciest I’ve had in the north shore area. If you are looking for a late night wing spot for your weekend get together this is the spot.

I love the food here! I've eaten everything on the menu at least once! My favorites arethe garlic soy chicken wings, the Japchae, and their vegetable fried rice is the best around ? (white and green onions, sweet red diced peppers and egg) If you like really extra hot ??? wings, this is the place for you. I like hot wings, but they are too hot for me. They also just came out with a fried twisted Korean Donut with cinnamon and brown sugar sprinkled on them and they are SO good. They are huge and 2 for $5
We ordered one spicy wings and one order soy garlic chicken. The food came all spicy, rice looks like an overnight left over, very dry. We were the first customer in the store, can't believe they made a mistake. The man gave us 50% discount. It was my first time for this place but will be the last one.Food: 2/5
The amount of bulgogi you get for the price tag of $18 is not worth it. Coupled with the fact that the bulgogi tasted like licking a salt block, not good at all. Fried chicken was crispy, not seasoned at all and bland no flavor whatsoever. Save your money and go elsewhereFood: 1/5
We’ve come several times and they never disappoint. The fried chicken is amazing of course but the udon we tried today was extremely good. At most places I usually think the broth is too plain but Bonchon’s is super flavorful! It really hit the spot on a chilly day.Food: 5/5

The food was delicious and great but the server forgot a few of our rice bowls and had charged us for them. Didnt give us a proper receipt which totaled how much each dish was too
