Experiences: (Sometime after the Pandemic) 1. Ordered 30 min ahead of time and when I got there they didn't have my food ready. Then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes. Wanted to give this place a second chance: (Mid 2022) 2. Was planning to eat inside,didn't realize it was still No Dine In. They need to specify that in Google. Ended up putting an order but wouldn't take myorder unless I paid first, was waiting for my husband and son to get there. Instead of taking my order and getting the foodready, my family would have had to go through the following: take the order pay for the order wait for the order again!
My visit to Bonchon was truly enjoyable. Even though there are TV screens displaying sports throughout the restaurant, it doesn’t have the ambiance of a typical sports bar, and it doesn’t try to be one. The food was excellent—priced reasonably with generous portions and beautifully presented. The menu features a lovely blend of Korean dishes with an American twist, as well as standard American fare. The staff at the front are Korean, so be ready for some cultural differences; they tend to be unobtrusive and prefer not to interrupt guests. Overall, this place is definitely worth a visit.
When customers pay four dollars for kimchi coleslaw, they deserve a full container. Unfortunately, I only received two tablespoons with my order. Please stop shortchanging your patrons; I order from you often, and if this continues, I won't be coming back. Given the challenges restaurants are facing during the pandemic, I would expect places to go the extra mile to retain customers, but that's not what I'm experiencing at Bonchon. It feels like you're taking your customers for granted by not delivering the full value for what we pay.
When people pay four dollars for kimchi coleslaw, please fill the container. I received two tablespoons of coleslaw in an order. Stop short changing your customers or I will never order from you again, and I order from you frequently. Being in apandemic and restaurants being impacted heavily, you would think restaurants would go above and beyond to keep customers, NOTso. It's like Bonchon takes their customers for granted by not fully giving their customers what they pay for.

I intended to eat inside, but I didn’t realize they were still not allowing dine-in customers. They really need to make that clear on Google. In the end, I placed an order, but they required me to pay upfront, even though my husband and son were still on their way. Instead of just taking my order and preparing the food, my family had to go through the whole process: place the order, pay for it, and then wait for the food again!
Upon entering the restaurant, I found it to be quite dirty, and no one greeted me. I had to speak up to place my order. When I paid, I was required to drop my money into a box, and I watched as a staff member retrieved it using metal tongs. When my order was ready, she simply held up the bag and nodded at me, without saying a word throughout the entire interaction. I definitely will not be returning to this location.
This particular bon chon location is incredibly depressing to dine in at. The restaurant is dishoveled with take out supplies all over the dining room, there's absolutely no music playing so it's uncomfortably quiet, and they keep claiming they're waiting for the alcohol license since the last time they told us that 3 years ago. Come here for take out but dining in hereis a straight up disappointing experience.
Upon entering the establishment it is dirty. No one greets you. I spoke and asked to place an order. When I paid for my order, I had to put the money in a box. The female took my money out the box with metal tongs. Additionally, when my order was ready, sheheld up the bag and nodded in my direction. I was not spoken to at all the entire time. I will not return to this location.

Bonchon offers some truly delicious chicken. The flavor of their wings is outstanding. I opted for the soy garlic variety, and it was fantastic. I've also tried the spicy wings, but they were just too hot for my liking. The only downside was the fries; they seemed quite greasy to me.
The food and service was amazing!!! Our waitress was by herself for a period of time but you would have never known that. She was very attentive!!!
