Overall, I would rate this restaurant 4 stars instead of 5, as my experiences have been quite good about 90% of the time. However, I've had several instances where items were forgotten, particularly extra toppings for breakfast or drinks. The menu offers a wide variety of food and drink options, and I have to say, the lattes and baguettes are fantastic. The prices are reasonable, the food is good, and the staff are friendly. One issue worth noting is that the Just Eat app is not always accurate, as some items, like sandwiches, don’t come with the crisps as indicated. This is something they should address to ensure customer satisfaction.
I came in here on Coronation Day as not many places still open or serving breakfast. Ordered food then whilst waiting read the recent reviews, so was dreading my breakfast. Service was friendly and helpful. Coffee was excellent. Inclusive breakfast was quick and hot. Yes agree the mushrooms were tinned and sausage not premium quality. But bacon and egg and rest of breakfast excellent. Definitely not a one star cafe, and fully deserves my 4 star rating. One star dropped only for quality of mushroom and sausage. But good value and excellent service.
The food was absolutely exquisite, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. In this day and age, I don't expect to be met with disdainful looks from staff or comments from other customers when bringing an autistic client for lunch. To make matters worse, the staff ignored me while I was waiting to pay and chose to serve a newcomer instead. It's disappointing because I won't be returning, especially since the food was truly outstanding. Service: Dine in.
The staff at this restaurant are friendly, and the food is exceptional. They are particularly attentive to children, and everything is very fresh. The portion sizes are generous. We ordered five breakfasts and four drinks for £50, which is quite reasonable given the quality and portion sizes. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 5 out of 5.
I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The chef was more than willing to accommodate my vegan diet, and the food was delicious—especially the hummus and risotto I ordered. There was a great selection on the menu, and I truly enjoyed my meal.
