Came across this gem while in Tulsa for work. Upon arrival, we ordered the white cheese queso and guacamole. The guacamole was made fresh to order right in front of our table by a gentleman who was pushing a cart around with all of the ingredients to prepare it. The guacamole lacked salt but the experience and the ingredients were well put together. I ordered the enchiladas suizas which came with beans and rice. I am usually skeptical about trying a Mexican restaurants beans and rice just because the rice is usually overcooked and clumpy and the beans tend to be under seasoned. The first time I came here the food was awesome and the service was terrific. The last two times, however, have been much different. The food is bland and most definitely not worth the money. The margaritas are all margarita mix with a tiny bit of alcohol. The service is HORRENDOUS. My date and I were approached by our waitress twice the whole time we were there: once to take our order, and once to bring our food out. She stayed up front near the hostess stand and talked to the hostesses the rest of the time. We had to wave down another server to get our check. This restaurant made me have food poisoning for over 5 days and everything about it gave me the creeps. The waiter was rude and did not acknowledge the table of any of the others. My quesadilla was soaked in a grease puddle and smelt it had been sitting in the sun for days. Can't believe I was expecting something great and got this. Honestly a disgrace.
Very mediocre food Mexican food, the tortillas were so hard they were breaking apart when rolling them up for my fajitas. My 2 year old kept trying to play with all the dead flys in the windowsill & my husbands steak & chicken were both very dry & chewy! First & last time diners definitely not worth the $40 ticket!!

I had the skinny margarita, which tasted like Sprite and tequila, not so good. I also ate the shrimp and crab chimichangas, which is why I scored this place so low. The shrimp was over cooked and the crab was Krab, this was disappointing because the queso was great.
Great service, the restaurant was empty practically but service was amazing. Spent around $20 but got guacamole, enchiladas, and dessert for that amount! The food was great and came out in a timely manner. Good place for afternoon meal or Friday night date!
Great gem of a find in South Tulsa/Bixby. Food was great - more authentic Mexican than Tex-Mex. fajitas and tacos al carbon were very good. Guacamole bar travels around to your table if you want it -freshly made.

Not sure about what happened with these negative reviews- this place was great! I used my check-in for the free guac: fantastic start.
This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in TulsaAlways very friendly staff, and have not been disappointed with anything yet.
