Three of us enjoyed dinner here recently $95 with water, 1 appetizer, 1 shared entree, and 6 empenadas. The service was great (5 stars) the food was just meh (2 stars). We had reservations, and definitely needed them. The mixed grill platter was very underseasoned and every piece of meat needed salt! The two cuts of beef skirt and flank were stringy and most difficult to cut. The chicken and bratwurst were okay. We also had some empenadas which were MUCH better than any of the grilled meats. I wouldn't go again unless someone else was taking me AND covering the tab, and then I would only get empenadas and salad.
I would have given less stars had it not been for the waiter who was very friendly, the dessert and the empanada. The Argentinian mixed meat platter we got was decent. The ribs were so chewy none of us could even chew it and the meat was raw. The blood sausage was pretty gooey and gross- not at all what we expected. When we mentioned the ribs, we were told that’s how the ribs are supposed to be. Good things- the quatre leches cake was amazing! The empanadas are really great, lots of filling and very flakey outside.
Holy cow what an amazing restaurant! I didn't really know what to expect because the menu was a little varied, but after a little research it made more sense. I would love to try more of the food!! The Argentinian platter was cooked very well and had something for everyone. Additionally the empanadas were light and not greasy. The fillings were flavorful and the shell was cooked well and not soggy. I will absolutely come back if I'm in the area!!
It was very good, appetizer house made pizza (was made with mostly onions and mozzarella) was a little... Meh... We got the Buenos Aires which is all grilled meats (flank steak, chicken, shrimp, bratwurst, skirt steak) was all very good. Chicken was a bit dry. Service was excellent, we loved the waitress, but the bartender was not up to par. Meal was $50 but it fed 2 people so I consider that to be appropriate. Reserva una mesa ahora
cute little hidden gem! I told my husband that it smells like my grandmother's house when she made us food, so it was said that I was sold only by the smells. I have the sangria (red) and my man got a Brazilian drink (caipirinha) which is quite close to the standards he remembers! the food was hot and fresh and in a large amount so that they get definitiw what they pay!
We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food was quite good, and the staff was attentive, though they sometimes seemed a bit unprofessional when chatting among themselves in front of customers—just my opinion. The highlight was definitely the best tres leches cake I've ever tasted. I would definitely go back just for that!
This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Little Rock. I've been a regular for years. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious meal and a pitcher of sangria on the outdoor terrace during the lovely spring and summer days. And don’t forget to try the empanadas!
